Job Responsibilities -Subject matter expertise in causal inference methods for comparative effectiveness studies, including the development of real-world external control arms for regulatory use cases. -Support development of study protocols, analysis plans, and study reports to answer methodologic questions of reputed company to reputed company Support the identification of fit-for-purpose data for the timely execution of the reputed company strategy. -Construct cohorts using RWD sources (e.g., claims, EHR) and evaluate key variables, including diagnosis and procedures codes, and plan validation studies as needed. -Conduct analyses for descriptive and comparative research using RWD for methodologic research questions. -Contribute to the communication of observational research results and methods, including development of pertinent sections of regulatory documents, reports, publications, white papers. -Support the effective communication of study/analysis results to support internal and external decisions. -Contribute to the development of processes and training aimed at increasing the efficiency, quality, and impact of functional activities -Coauthor abstracts and manuscripts for external dissemination of methodologic study results. -Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders including external vendors and internal cross-functional teams. -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present, interact and manage multiple stakeholders (internal management, key opinion leaders, real-world analytics and regulators). Strong technical writing, oral communication and presentation skills, excellent use of the English language. Salary Range: $118,700.00 - $207,800.00 The reputed company salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the reputed company range for this position.
