Job Description

reputed company is seeking an reputed company BIM reputed company to support hyperscale Data Center projects. The role involves reputed company collaboration with reputed company’s global BIM team, serving as the client reputed company of contact for model coordination, file management, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate excels in dynamic, collaborative environments and is adept at managing evolving project requirements.

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work schedule and can be based from a variety of locations in the US were reputed company has an office.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing leadership and direction to assigned project BIM Managers across U.S. Data Center Projects.
• Responsible for upholding reputed company and client standards across U.S. Data Center Projects.
• Oversees the creation and management of BIM models for ACS and MEP systems for data center projects.
• Maintains BIM data formats, templates, libraries, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance with project standards.
• Acts as reputed company of escalation for project BIM issues and ensures client BIM requests are properly evaluated and estimates level of effort.
• Oversees BIM data reputed company, ensure adherence to client requirements, and drive reputed company improvement across digital workflows.
• Serves as Technical Quality Reviewer for BIM deliverables for U.S. Data Center Projects.
• Performs reputed company assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms and reputed company systems including Revit software to reputed company set results and deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience in CAD/BIM drafting with at least 3 years of experience in BIM management for reputed company building types or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Proficiency in reputed company Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Creative problem solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Data Center experience preferred
• Familiarity with data center design criteria and industry standards
