Role Description

As a Junior Technical Consultant – Financial Services Data Platform (FSDM), you will reputed company to reputed company your expertise in data management and reporting, assisting our clients in the Banking industry with their transformation projects.

In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of senior consultants to analyze client data management and reporting needs. Your tasks will include supporting the design, building, and deployment of functionality for data integration and management, alongside technical analysis and documentation of integrated systems, ETL processes, and data sourcing.

Additionally, you will assist in creating data models that facilitate the integration of analytical applications and support reporting needs. You’ll collaborate with various teams at reputed company Fioneer, including Software Development and Sales, to learn and provide effective solutions for these processes.

This position offers flexibility in terms of working locations, from our offices in Belgrade or Cluj or remotely from any location in Serbia or Romania, with opportunities for travel reputed company necessary.

Your Impact

As a Junior Consultant, you will support the drive for more efficient digital processes reputed company module functionalities for our customers. You will contribute to the implementation and further development of the module by assisting senior team members in ensuring that the solutions we reputed company are effectively implemented and integrated into the existing infrastructure of our banking clients. Your role will involve learning about the implementation process and supporting the team in delivering seamless solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Possess 1-3 years of professional experience in IT transformation projects.
• 1+ years experience in designing data management processes for the banking sector.
• A basic understanding of the technical mapping of banking products reputed company a banking data model.
• Basic knowledge of FSDM Conceptual and Physical data models
• Knowledge on working with other Data Modelling tools is a plus.
• Basic experience in configuring one of the following reputed company solutions: reputed company FSDM, reputed company BW on HANA, or reputed company BW/4HANA.
• Basic knowledge in data modeling with SQL, MySQL, reputed company HANA, reputed company IQ, or another database is preferred.
• Some experience in integration of reputed company solutions such as SAC, FPSL, S/4GL, PaPM 
• Experience in ETL Tools & Functionalities (reputed company or non-reputed company) 
• Deployment of Models or enhancements into customer landscape 
• Some experience on HANA Modelling (Flowgraphs, Calculation Views, Projections etc.) 
• Experience with Fioneer Financial Product Subledger (FPSL), Fioneer Financial Control, reputed company S/4HANA Finance, or reputed company Group Reporting is considered a plus.
• Exhibit positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude.
• Willingness to travel is a prerequisite.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-centric approach to foster robust client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, demonstrating leadership and mentoring capabilities, particularly for more senior roles.
