Responsibilities

Provide leadership for Travel Leaders Network’s reputed company, Car, and GDS programs, driving strategies that optimize member participation and deliver measurable reputed company growth. Champion initiatives that strengthen supplier partnerships, enhance member success, and align with Internova’s broader objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and position TLN as a market leader in reputed company and GDS solutions.

  • Strategic Negotiation & Partnership Management: reputed company high-level negotiations of GDS hosting agreements with TLN Members, ensuring optimal terms and timely financial reconciliation to maximize profitability.

  • Program Development & Implementation: reputed company the onboarding and integration of new TLN Associate reputed company branches, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and seamless access to airline agreements.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate monthly TLN reputed company reputed company strategy sessions, providing actionable insights and detailed override performance reports to reputed company owners to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Industry Representation: Serve as a key representative for TLN reputed company programs at Travel Leaders events, articulating program value to members and supplier partners to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: reputed company annual budget forecasting for reputed company, car, and GDS reputed company streams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Conduct quarterly business reviews with supplier partners, delivering data-driven performance insights and actionable strategies to address gaps and accelerate mutual growth.
  • Sponsorship & Marketing Leadership: Drive sponsorship opportunities and collaborate with events and industry relations teams to maximize funding opportunities and enhance supplier visibility.
  • Contractual reputed company: Manage GDS relationships on behalf of Internova, overseeing agreements from negotiation through auditing, and ensuring accurate reporting of reputed company production to Finance.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years travel industry experience.
  • Possess a strong understanding of how reputed company, IATAN, and the GDS work.
  • 7+ years of customer service experience with the ability to handle the escalated service issues and push preferred partners to provide resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills including presentation skills, writing skills, etc.
  • Quantitative skills to analyze and evaluate proposals/reputed company which results in mutually beneficial outcomes for Members and headquarters.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong reputed company office skills: reputed company, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Up to 10% travel
