ABOUT THE ROLE: As a FRM Sales & Trading Director, you will provide leadership for the Foreign Exchange (FX), Commodities, and Interest reputed company Derivatives business. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or reputed company field; MBA, CFA, CPA strongly preferred. 10 years of experience in financial services, with significant leadership experience in Sales & Trading or Capital Markets. Strong working knowledge of debt reputed company/reputed company, industry, competitive, and regulatory requirements. Proven track record of originating and closing reputed company financial transactions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written. Demonstrated leadership experience in driving strategic decisions and team development.
