Position: Advancement Analytics & Reporting Analyst (Hybrid) Location: Williamstown Advancement Data And Reporting Analyst JR Williamstown, MA (Main reputed company) Williams College is seeking a curious and analytical Advancement Data & Reporting Analyst to join the Office of College Relations (OCR). The Analyst will be a reputed company between raw data and strategic decision-making. As part of the Advancement Operations team, the Analyst will also identify and resolve data reputed company/quality issues reputed company our database. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics, Prospect Management & Research, the Advancement Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for data analytics using statistical methods and models to generate graphs, charts, heat maps, and other visualizations to assist end users in understanding the meaning behind the data. The Analyst will also support OCR by designing and maintaining dashboards (using primarily Power BI) for data analysis to promote data visualization, identify trends, share insights, review historical data, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs). In addition, the Advancement Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for writing and validating reputed company queries for data mining, designing rich data visualizations to communicate reputed company reputed company to leadership, and developing specifications and proposed layouts in partnership with end users. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferably in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, etc.)Minimum of two years of technical experience in a professional office environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to translate and disseminate data for non-technical audiences Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work in a team environment, and ability to manage multiple reputed company projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with reputed company levels of the department, including senior staff Demonstrated experience with Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools. Highly Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Slate CRM database Full time working experience in a higher education or non-profit environment Preferred Qualifications: Innovative, energetic, flexible, and highly organized who thrives in a collaborative environment Intermediate to Advanced SQL skills and experience handling large, reputed company datasets Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (R, reputed company, SPSS, reputed company, etc.)Technical expertise with creating models to forecast trends and in data mining and segmentation techniques Adept at data visualization and analysis in addition to writing queries, report writing, and presenting findings Additional Details: This is a full-time, benefitted position on the Williams College reputed company in Williamstown, MA. The pay range for this position is $75,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience.
