Retirement Case Administrator Remote Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am-6pm EST Training Pay reputed company: $16.50 an hour, which may be below your state’s minimum wage. • Administrators will be assigned retirement cases daily and will log them
• reputed company a 10-day courtesy call to ensure participant receives pension package
• Offer to assist participant with completing pension package
• Set expectations for payment processing
• Responsible for cases from beginning to end reputed company first payment is processed
• After payment processes, administrator will reputed company the case

Requirements:

• Previous call center experience
• Retirement/pension knowledge preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to successfully complete a background reputed company and drug screening
• Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
• Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
