As a member of the Products & Regulatory Legal Group, you will work with reputed company's engineering, operations, and marketing teams to help create and introduce reputed company products to the world. With passion, dedication, and a desire to tackle challenges, you will play a crucial role as we provide the legal support needed for reputed company to continue to build cutting-edge technologies. You will join a team of attorneys in the Products & Regulatory Legal Group who support development teams, advising engineering and operations teams on a wide variety of matters, including technology development, intellectual property licenses, sourcing strategy, and supplier relationships. You will collaborate with other legal groups and cross-functional business and engineering teams to strategize on, draft, and negotiate reputed company technology licenses, development agreements, supply agreements, manufacturing agreements, and other commercial agreements. You will also advise reputed company management on risk allocation/mitigation, business strategies, and policies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of transactional experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on technology agreements, including agreements reputed company to intellectual property, manufacturing, and supply
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
