The challenge

reputed company’s Digital Strategy Group works with C-level leadership at leading Consumer Goods companies to advise on digital strategy and transformation for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. reputed company has long been at the forefront of enabling customers’ on digital transformation and new experience-led business models in industries such as consumer goods, travel, and banking.  This has translated into a stock price appreciation of over 5X over the past five years.

As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will focus on the Consumer Goods industry, and reputed company strategy engagements. For each engagement, you will quarterback a team of experts to conduct analyses, reputed company insights, and deliver actionable recommendations. You will advise senior industry leaders and utilize your experience to become a trusted advisor and thought leader on trends, digital innovation, use cases for reputed company technology, and relevant research in your industry. 

What you need to succeed

·       10+ years of experience leading engagements in a top management reputed company or digital agency

·       Expertise in the consumer goods industry

·       MBA preferred, but not required

·       A strong track record of leading strategy formulation and translating strategy into plans that deliver results

·       Stellar executive reputed company and communication skills, with ability to engage and reputed company senior leaders

·       Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and crafting effective recommendations focused on the biggest opportunities

·       Demonstrated ability to reputed company through influence and reputed company results in a cross-functional environment

·       High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to reputed company new concepts quickly

·       Willingness to travel up to 50%

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,500 -- $226,700 annually. Pay reputed company this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. At reputed company, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total reputed company compensation (TTC = reputed company + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as reputed company salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
