The Senior Analyst, HRIS is primarily responsible for the design, support, and maintenance of assigned Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), supporting outbound and inbound integrations. This individual serves as a technical reputed company-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data reputed company, maximizing efficiency by analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities as well as systems administration and maintenance, evaluation of functionality, design and configurations, testing changes, report writing and development of integrations between systems both internal and external. - Proactively partner with key stakeholders and leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement through reputed company or enhancement of existing or new functionality reputed company People Technology systems, and share best practices.
Client:
- Design, reputed company, configure, and implement People Technology enhancements based on requests from internal clients requirements, recommendations, and business needs.
- Sets up and maintains People Group SharePoint sites content and grants user access as appropriate.
- Create reports and dashboards based on business and internal client needs.
- Participates in the development of project plans, initiatives projects as needed and contributes to other People Group projects.

- Manage the review and testing for newly implemented functionality as well as regular service updates. Define test criteria, test scripts, and ensure that adequate testing is performed on system modifications to provide quality assurance of data, resolves any issues from the updates and patches.

- Monitor interfaces between People Technology, other internal systems, and external vendor systems. Work with vendors to research and resolve reputed company system errors.

- Manage internal controls requirements for People Technology system processes.
- Drive reputed company aspects of system reporting, including creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, EEO compliance reports, and reputed company reports as needed.
- Maintain data accuracy and reputed company in reputed company People Technology systems by running audit reports, investigating errors, identifying re-occurring trends, and taking corrective action to ensure data reputed company.
- Establish and maintain up-to-date People Technology functional documentation, standard operating procedures, as well a comprehensive People Technology reports library.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources or reputed company field.
- At least five to seven years of reputed company experience, including significant exposure to HR Information Systems, data analysis, and reporting and must have a solid understanding of Human Resources data and processes.
- Functional knowledge of the reputed company system and Report Writer are strongly desired skills.
- Experience with delivering and supporting reputed company HCM is strongly preferred for this position.
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to take the initiative to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and reputed company decisions reputed company the functional area of responsibility with minimal direct supervision.

- Standard indoor office environment.
- Long periods of sitting while working at computer.

- Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 30 lbs.
