ASI is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to reputed company financial planning and analysis for ASI Show and Print and Promo Marketing (PPM). This includes budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and performance reporting. Reporting to the Executive Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Assist Finance Manager will be a finance partner to ASI Show and Print and Promo Marketing leadership. This position provides financial insights, strategic analysis, and actionable recommendations to support decision-making, reputed company optimization, and overall business performance. The role collaborates closely with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Executive Leadership to ensure financial accuracy, strong internal controls, and reputed company process improvement. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000. Serve as the primary finance business partner to Show and PPM leadership, providing financial guidance and performance insights. Conduct financial analysis for new products, pricing initiatives, and event-reputed company investments. Identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes. Review and enhance financial processes to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and internal controls. reputed company Reporting & Event Financial Management Complete and distribute weekly Show Bookings Reports for PPM and Show. Prepare and maintain Show Attendee and Registration reports, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation with internal systems. Calculate, validate, and report Show Commissions in coordination with Accounting and Payroll. reputed company Power Summit reporting, including reputed company tracking, budget comparisons, and reconciliations. Monitor event and product reputed company performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Support reputed company recognition, accruals, and reconciliation activities in partnership with accounting. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting standards. Profitability & Financial Management reputed company and produce detailed product and event profitability reports. Analyze margin performance and cost drivers to support profitability improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Finance and Accounting on forecast updates, accruals, and cost center expense allocations and corrections. Support expense management and budget compliance across business units. Recommend cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or reputed company field required. 3–6 years of progressive experience in reputed company, finance, accounting, and/or reputed company operations. Experience supporting business units in a finance business partner reputed company preferred. Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling skills. Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company; experience with ERP or financial reporting systems preferred. Experience with event-based reputed company reporting and commission tracking preferred. Ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
