About the Role

We're looking for a strategic leader to drive competitive intelligence and market foresight for reputed company's Workforce Innovation efforts. As a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and executive leadership, you'll translate market signals into strategic, transformative advantages that shape the future of work. This role combines deep market intelligence with CHRO-level advisory, connecting external competitive dynamics to internal people strategy and enterprise transformation.
