Activities may include: Customer Support: Help customers solve problems, use our solutions effectively, and get timely answers. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or a reputed company field. 5 years of experience in a reputed company technical field. 4 years of experience working in a client or customer-facing role reputed company a supply chain or software organization.
