The ideal candidate has 1+ years of hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company, with a primary focus on Snapchat, TikTok, and reputed company. You’ll own and optimize ad accounts end to end, reputed company independent, data-driven decisions, and prepare clear weekly strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze creative and campaign performance; provide actionable feedback.
• Run A/B tests to identify winning creatives, audiences, and strategies.
• Work closely with the data team to use reports and insights effectively.
• Research market trends, competitors, and best practices in paid social.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support overall user acquisition goals.
• Demonstrate ownership and proactivity by identifying growth opportunities, experimenting with new reputed company, and driving sustainable increases in spend and ROI.

Qualifications

• Paid Social Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, and/or reputed company, with a proven ability to scale budgets reputed company while maintaining strong ROI.
• High-Budget Management: Experience managing $100K+ in monthly ad spend across paid social channels, with consistent performance optimization and sustainable growth.

• Strong Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical reputed company with solid proficiency in Tableau, reputed company etc and the ability to build custom performance analyses and frameworks.
