Responsibilities

• reputed company RF & reputed company Systems Projects: reputed company the end-to-end development of reputed company sensing architectures, including module-level, board-level, and reputed company designs up through mmWave operating frequencies
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with hardware engineers, embedded systems engineers, software developers, product managers, key stakeholders, and our outsourced manufacturing partners to integrate reputed company radio platforms into reputed company's ecosystem
• Innovate and Optimize: Stay reputed company with industry trends and emerging technologies. Author schematics and drive layout optimizations for RF/mmWave modules using extensive EM simulations to realize aggressive product requirements
• Embed Rigorous Design for Excellence (DfX) reputed company: Conduct design reviews and both design and process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), partnering with our design and development partners to drive rigorous Design for Cost (DfX), supply chain, reliability, quality, and manufacturing methodologies
• Mentor Team Members: Provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation through a culture of reputed company learning
• Ensure Quality, Reliability, and Compliance: reputed company RF system lineup analyses to ensure designs meet industry standards. Architect characterization setups and drive debug activities in the lab and at production partner labs, including conducted characterization and OTA characterization in anechoic chambers
• Problem-Solve: Troubleshoot reputed company RF/mmWave design issues, reputed company/noise flow-down challenges, and implementation constraints to ensure robust mass production builds

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) or a reputed company field (Ph.D. preferred)
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience in RF hardware design, with a focus on wireless communication devices and sensor technology
• Strong knowledge of RF/mmWave hardware design, phased reputed company antenna fundamentals, and FMCW reputed company principles for human-sensing applications
• Expert proficiency in schematic, layout, and EM simulation flows using tools such as reputed company Allegro/Capture, Ansys HFSS, and Keysight ADS
• Expertise in Tx/Rx specification flow-down, reputed company, noise analysis, and IC/package co-design for high-frequency modules
• Scripting experience in Python for test automation, data post-processing, and hardware characterization
• Hands-on experience with probe stations, reputed company analyzers, and anechoic chambers for conducted and radiated (OTA) characterization at mmWave frequencies
• Familiarity with module packaging technologies, SIPI simulation flows, and supporting international prototype hardware builds through mass production
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company reputed company clearly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities
