Who You Are None of these individually are hard requirements, but they do describe the type of folks that we think would be most effective and happy at Curai. • Have worked remotely before or have a strong feeling that you’d work well with a 100% remote team spread across multiple time zones • Value a team-based collaborative approach as it relates to providing healthcare • Passionate about providing empathetic personalized patient care at scale • Have informed opinions that you hold lightly but are flexible to meet the needs of patients and the business What You’ll Do • Support clinicians with patient coordination tasks including but not limited to: -Pharmacy communication and prescription support -Referrals and prior authorizations -Scheduling and follow-up outreach • Provide empathetic, patient-centered communication internally and externally • Accurately and thoroughly document tasks and communications in the electronic health record (EHR) • Identify workflow issues and escalate when needed • Participate in team huddles and quality initiatives • Ensures compliance with HIPPA and confidentiality standards • Other duties as assigned What You’ll Need • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) • At least 3 years of medical assistant experience required • At least 1 year of prior telemedicine experience required • Comfortable working independently and handling high-volume patient interactions • Proficient in navigating various telehealth platforms and EHR systems and adaptable to evolving technology, including AI-driven tools and digital platforms • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment, with reliable high-speed internet access • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work weekends and assigned holidays as part of your regular schedule • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus What We Offer • Culture: Mission-driven organization focused on expanding access to care.
