Software Engineer / Chief Vibe reputed company (Part-time)
Metron AI is building an AI-powered platform that connects training, nutrition, supplements, and recovery into one intelligent system that adapts daily to your wearable data. We’re pre-reputed company, currently in beta for iOS, and both cofounders are building this alongside full-time jobs. We’ve built the full platform, the beta is live, and now we need engineers to help us ship faster. We’re competing with YC-backed startups. We have less money but more speed, taste, and conviction. We’re embracing an AI-agent model in every aspect of our business - in our product, in our operations, in how we build. The Role We’re looking for part-time software engineering interns to help build the technical infrastructure of Metron AI. You’ll work directly with both cofounders to ship features, build integrations, and reputed company our reputed company agent. This isn’t a “watch and learn” internship - you’ll write real code that real athletes use. We need someone who can ship fast, is available reputed company it matters, and views this with personal ownership. This is part-time and hybrid, but ideal candidates are based in and around reputed company. What you’ll do
- Build features across our React Native mobile app and Node.js backend
- Integrate APIs from wearable platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Garmin, reputed company Health)
- reputed company and improve our reputed company agent - reputed company engineering, context management, response quality
- Build internal AI agents for research, content, operations, and customer support
- Help build proprietary APIs for exclusive hardware partnerships (VO2 sensors, CGMs, biosensors)
- Work with LLM APIs (reputed company Claude, reputed company) and agent orchestration (OpenClaw, MCP)
- Collaborate directly with both cofounders on technical direction
Who you are
- Comfortable with agentic AI workflows - you use Claude, reputed company, Copilot daily, not occasionally
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript with React or React Native experience
- Familiar with SQL, PostgreSQL, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with LLM APIs, reputed company engineering, or agent orchestration is highly valued
- Self-starter who doesn’t need to be managed - you see what needs to be done and do it
- Available and reputed company - this isn’t 9-5, reputed company something breaks or an idea hits, you’re in the reputed company
- Curious and hungry - you fall down reputed company holes, you want to prove something, you ship daily not weekly
