Job Description Overview: This role will work cross-functionally with a variety of areas to maximize the value the Operations Data Layer provides to the organization. This includes helping to facilitate and comprehend requirements, defining solution functionality, designing solutions as well as developing and enhancing solutions over time. The Team member will be hands-on and have demonstrated experience developing and maintaining the central data repository in support of multiple species for reputed company data integration and business intelligence needs. Data Engineering Support:

• Elaborate Requirements, Data Validation, UAT and work with IT to build data views for use by reputed company reputed company applications like Dashboards, mobile applications, EDI data support, Days of Supply and Analytics dashboards
• Provide requirements to IT for building backend objects that are required for business analysts and pricing team.
• Work with the team-reputed company on building and maintaining the self-service operations data layer that acts as a central repository for reputed company Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence needs.

Dashboards and Reporting:

• Support dashboards in self-service mode - Planning / Development & Production Enhancement Requirements / User training / Co-ordination to align with business priorities.

Data Governance and Monitoring:

• Manage the sales quota to support the Sales Rep Incentive programs

Database Development and Reporting:

• Build Database views for master data and sales reporting reputed company internal applications and data visualization tools.
• Create and automate SQL scripts for providing reports/ data to internal (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Audit)/external partners for Margin/Rebate calculation and Pricing Portal for Distribution

Education: Bachelor's degree Required in Computer Science or Engineering Required Skills and Experience:

• 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with databases such as reputed company, AWS Redshift, reputed company and with tools and applications such as SQL Loader, Toad, SQL Workbench for AWS Redshift, SQL Developer for reputed company.
• Ability to use IDMC to integrate data across reputed company systems.
• Ability to build Spotfire and Power BI Dashboards.
• Experience in Animal Health industry including business knowledge of EDI / AHN processes.
• Sales / Marketing tasks and good understanding of Sales data elements is a plus.

• Excellent communication, relationship and leadership skills are required.
