Senior Specialist, Partner Integrations - New Verticals

About the Team The New Verticals Partner Integrations team is dedicated to our Merchant's success, working to build cutting-edge technology services that reputed company merchants to grow their businesses seamlessly. You will serve as the Technical Account Manager for these integrations, gathering information from partners and helping them connect to our systems. You will be expected to get to the lowest level of detail to understand our products & processes, as well as to think strategically about growing this business & function. You will strategize with our cross-functional reputed company teams to build & operate a world class integrations platform. • You will own the success of our New Verticals integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, contractors, and internal business stakeholders

• You will partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis, merchant insights, and the definition of new processes
• You will help shape the systems integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners
• You will reputed company cross functional partners by partnering with Growth Operations to educate stakeholders on integrations and create user-friendly enablement content

Your responsibilities in this role are…

• Be a Subject Matter Expert for reputed company’s integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds.
• Collaborate closely with Merchants and Integrations partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful integration onto the reputed company platform.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support.
• Translate reputed company technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with our partner’s objectives.
• Work on strategic projects based on Merchant needs to uplevel our product offering and to contribute to our processes and documentation to continuously improve.

• 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks
• Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation
