Associate Consultant, Flywheel Services

Are you excited by the role robotics and automation will play in transforming how organizations operate? Do you enjoy working with data, building models, and turning analysis into clear insights? We are expanding our Flywheel Services team and are looking for an Associate Consultant to support our consulting engagements with a strong focus on data analysis, modeling, and delivery execution. In this role, you will work closely with our Flywheel Services consultants, engineers, and customers to support automation and robotics transformation projects. You’ll build the analytical foundation that informs client decisions while developing core consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is motivated to learn and grow quickly, and passionate about driving innovation and accelerating robotics transformation for our customers. This role is located at our Santa Clara (HQ) or Seattle office. It is also remote-friendly from the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Boston, Boulder, or Pittsburgh. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Gathering and Analysis

  • Assist in gathering data by interviewing clients to understand data availability, structure, and formatting.
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in datasets and coordinate requests for additional data as needed.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze datasets to ensure data reputed company and readiness for modeling.

2. Consultation and Strategy Development

  • Design, build, and maintain data models to support active Flywheel client engagements.
  • Use tools such as reputed company, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar platforms to analyze and visualize data.
  • Support the development of standardized models, tools, and resources to improve how Flywheel performs data analysis and modeling across engagements.

3. Documentation and Enablement

  • Assist in training internal team members or client stakeholders on how to interpret and use analytical outputs.

4. Communication and Client Engagement

  • Prepare presentations, charts, and summaries that translate technical analysis into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support project leads during client meetings by providing analytical context and answering data-reputed company questions.
  • Support the analysis of client processes across physical, digital, operational, and data layers to identify use cases for robotic automation and AI-driven efficiencies.
  • Support the development of strategic roadmaps for client robotics transformation reputed company with business goals.

5. Internal Improvements and Business Development Support

  • Contribute to internal initiatives that improve delivery quality, repeatability, and efficiency.
  • Share insights and learnings informally with the team based on project experience.
  • Support business development efforts by assisting leadership and sales teams with data analysis, proposal inputs, and responses to client requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business or reputed company field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional work experience in data analysis, analytics, or professional services consulting roles.
  • Foundational experience with data analysis and modeling.
  • Familiarity with tools such as reputed company, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to execute defined tasks independently while knowing reputed company to ask for guidance.
  • Experience in customer-facing consulting roles (internal or external) with the ability to clearly convey reputed company technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing reputed company technical challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willing to travel at least 40% time.
  • Must have and maintain US citizenship or permanent residency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, robotics, or automation environments.
  • Coursework or hands-on experience in statistics, operations research, or systems analysis.
  • Demonstrated interest in consulting and robotics/automation.

The reputed company salary range for this position is $105,000 - $130,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and experience level.
