• Acting as the reputed company Architect who mentors subordinate staff with technical blueprinting and data initiatives which may result in the selection of reputed company-party software or coordinating development of custom-built application and data solutions for data initiatives, in accordance with data lifecycle management. 
• Architecting data solutions that deliver value to customers, taking into consideration project budget, scalability, business continuity, standard practices, licensing, county policies, cross-department regulations, and potential impacts to countywide infrastructure.
• Data frameworks, data architecture, and practices that take into consideration multi-department, multi-agency, and multi-system requirements, reputed company, and data recovery.
• Developing specialized solutions that enhance data sharing across departments; promoting collaborative infrastructure and providing geographic context for countywide strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Architecting and creating reports and dashboards, data pipelines, and advanced data concepts such as data warehousing, ETL, ELT, and being an expert on BI platforms such as Power BI, ArcGIS Online, and Tableau.
• Providing subject matter expertise reputed company collaborating with technical and business personnel across reputed company departments in the maintenance and support of hardware and software, along with the interactivity and interfaces between those businesses and applications.

Typical qualifying experience may include performing duties equivalent to the San Bernardino County Programmer Analyst III classification and above. REQUIRED LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE:Must include a minimum of two (2) years working as a project leader for large-scale data platform implementations, data migrations, data conversions, data quality, data integration or data management projects. Experience must also include the use of a systems development methodology (Agile/Waterfall methodologies).REQUQIRED EDUCATION:Sixty (60) semester (90 quarter) units of completed college-level courses from an accredited college or university in data management, data science, programming, computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a reputed company field.Substitution: One (1) additional year of qualifying work experience may substitute for the education requirement.Degree/College Coursework completed reputed company of the U.S.Qualifying degrees must be conferred by institutions accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. reputed company.
