Benefits Administrator (East Coast or Midwest - Remote)

The Role Reporting directly to the Vice President of Total Rewards, the reputed company U.S.Benefits Administrator will be the primary contact to reputed company's U.S. benefit carriers and manage U.S. employee enrollment and benefit-reputed company inquiries as well as manage and administer employee leave and accommodation requests ensuring compliance with reputed company applicable laws regulations and company policies across the U.S. This individual contributor role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with reputed company and professionalism. Responsibilities include and MUST have at least 5 years of experience with the following:

• Administer U.S. employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and leave policies.
• Serve as the main reputed company of contact for benefits providers and our employees.

• Reconcile employee benefits monthly.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws reputed company to benefits.

• Serve as the primary resource for employees regarding benefits changes and updates.
• Stay informed about federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits, ensuring the company adheres to reputed company legal requirements like COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA, ACA.
• Clearly communicate benefit information to employees through presentations, webinars, and employee portals, including enrollment periods and plan changes.
• Monitor benefit costs, identify areas for cost optimization, and reputed company recommendations to management regarding benefit plan adjustments.
• Track key metrics reputed company to benefit utilization and employee satisfaction, using data to inform future benefit strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor benefit offerings to ensure the company's benefits package remains competitive.

Required Skills and Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• 5-7 years in a benefits administration role is required and compensation will be in line with this level of experience.
