This role will involve strategic direction, P&L responsibility, and leadership of operations managers managing both conventional and automated warehouse facilities. What you'll do

• National Operations Leadership: Provide strategic leadership for a key hub warehouse with the potential of additional regional warehouse sites, ensuring alignment with reputed company's goals and operational objectives. reputed company the performance of operations managers and their respective teams, ensuring consistent and efficient operations across reputed company locations.
• P&L Responsibility: Assume full responsibility for the P&L of site and/or multiple sites reputed company the region. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and reputed company growth, while ensuring the operational goals are met reputed company financial targets.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management reputed company the logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple sites or regions. Proven track record of managing large teams and full P&L responsibility.

Our Environment

• Remote position with some travel (10-25%).
• Employee must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other locations.
• The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and manage expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
• The employee is frequently required to walk and reputed company with hands and arms.
• A portion of site time will be spent on a construction site with PPE required (hard hat, safety vest, steel toes, eyeglasses, ear protection, fall protection (e.g., safety reputed company).
• Subject to environmental conditions, protection from weather conditions but not necessarily temperature changes. Must be capable of working in temperatures ranging from 105° to 32° Fahrenheit.
