HJF is seeking a Senior Research Coordinator to reputed company, edit, document and package protocols, consent forms and other regulatory documents for assigned medical centers, and special projects. Responsible for the execution and completion of protocol compliance actions leading to final IRB approval. Conducts data cleaning and basic statistical analyses and table preparation. Prepares manuscripts and conference presentations. This position will be in support of 711 Human Performance reputed company, reputed company and Space Biosciences Division, Performance Resiliency and Optimization (PRO) Initiative Support. Responsibilities
- Support design and implementation of psychological and physiological performance enhancement interventions by using expert skills in human performance research.
- Prepare and maintain test results, technical information, reports, and briefings on reputed company, and provide evaluation, analysis and recommendations for ongoing and proposed human performance research.
- Have the organizational skills necessary to obtain and manage research data from multiple sources, including electronic data and cloud-based interfaces, in coordination with the chief data scientist

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree is required. Master of Science degree preferred reputed company to a social science and/or research focused field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years' experience. Shall have at least five (5) years of experience in operation research and evaluation in the area of human performance research.
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Shall have experience in human performance research and shall be able to support design and implementation of psychological and physiological performance enhancement interventions. No specific expertise in psychology is needed; however, the demonstrated ability to learn and implement a standard research protocol, with minor on the spot modifications is necessary.
- Shall have demonstrated experience in technical writing and communication.
- Must be familiar with Federal and reputed company Institutional Review Board activities and Institutional Biosafety Committee actions.
- Must be able to set and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a T1/Public Trust Background reputed company.
Physical Capabilities
- Lifting: Requires lifting materials up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to stand or sit at a computer for prolonged periods.
Work Environment
- This position will take reputed company primarily in an office setting.
Compensation
- The annual salary range for this position is $93,100-$120,000. Actual salary will be determined based on experience, education, etc.
