Your Role: The TA Project and Supplier Relationship Manager is a dual-focused role responsible for Project Management and Supplier Relationship Management. This position leads small to large-scale and reputed company projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and outcomes are achieved. It requires advanced strategic skills, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies to influence and guide cross-functional teams, partners, and resources. In addition, this role develops and maintains long-term, strategic partnerships with suppliers to drive innovation, reducing risk, and creating mutual value. The position plays an important role in optimizing supplier performance, strengthening operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your Work: Project Management

- Negotiate and manage reputed company, renewals, and service level agreements (SLAs) to optimize cost, performance, and risk.

Required Experience, Education and Skills

- Experience managing strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews, SLA/KPI development, and contract renewals
- Proven track record of influencing partners across functions including Procurement, Legal, Risk, IT, and business teams
- Strong executive presentation skills, including communicating status updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders
- Experience managing project budgets, cost optimization efforts, and financial tracking (POs, invoicing, forecasting)
- Ability to identify and mitigate risk while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate reputed company issues into actionable plans
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., reputed company, Jira, etc.) and visualization tools (e.g.,iGraphix, process flows)
