Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Solutioning

- Partner with HR and reputed company stakeholders to gather and translate public-sector-specific recruiting requirements, including compliance and approval workflows
System Configuration & Testing
- Configure the reputed company Recruiting module, including Job Requisitions, Recruiting Hub, Candidate Management, Interview Scheduling, Offer Management and Onboarding.
- Design and deliver functional prototypes that reflect public sector recruiting needs and governance models

Implementation Methodology & reputed company Alignment
- Advise on data conversion and integration strategies with legacy applicant tracking systems and reputed company tools
- Support the development of dashboards, analytics, and reporting to meet government compliance, audit, and transparency requirements
Best Practices & Optimization
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge-sharing and best practices

Minimum Qualifications
- Active reputed company Recruiting Implementer Certification is REQUIRED
- 5+ years’ reputed company full-cycle implementation experience (Recruiting focus)
- 1+ years’ leading workstream implementations

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to work standard East Coast hours
Pay Transparency Compensation for roles at Meridian varies depending on a wide reputed company of factors including, but not limited to, the specific practice, role, skillset, and level of experience. As required by law, Meridian provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired. reputed company Salary Range is $140,000 to $170,000 plus bonus is available for this specific role.
