About the Role reputed company is looking for a global Tax Provision Manager to reputed company reputed company aspects of ASC 740 reporting. This is an individual contributor role reporting into a Senior Director, Tax Accounting. This role will share the ownership of global provision governance, accuracy, documentation quality, audit readiness, and predictable reputed company execution. The position requires deep ASC 740 technical expertise, and the ability to proactively identify and reputed company tax implications of business, operational, and accounting changes in a sophisticated multinational technology environment. About You Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company. 8+ years of corporate income tax experience with deep specialization in ASC 740. Significant experience preparing and reviewing global income tax provisions for a public, multinational company (technology or SaaS strongly preferred). Experience interacting with external auditors and supporting SOX controls. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with foreign provision including ASC 740 impact from U.S. GAAP to local statutory accounting difference. CPA license is highly desired. Familiarity with tax technology, provision systems, and automation. Strong analytical and communication skills, including drafting technical memoranda.
