Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy and Execution, the TLL function will be responsible for building relationships with speakers and regional thought leaders as well as executing marketing strategies for the launch of CARDAMYST in the US market. The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) role is a field-based position reputed company the US commercial marketing organization that will focus on commercials key option leader (KOL) relationship engagement, promotional speaker training and supporting the strategic execution of commercial insight reputed company to inform company direction. The position will have a strong dotted line to the VP of Marketing. In addition, TLL will work closely with reputed company key functions to ensure organizational alignment with marketing strategy. The TLL function will be primarily focused on the launch of CARDAMYST for the PSVT indication and will be bound by promotional guidelines using PRC approved promotional materials. The successful candidate will ideally work remotely, but frequently travel to meet with HCPs, attend national and regional medical conferences and reputed company with key Milestone stakeholders in the home office in Charlotte as needed. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Speakers Bureau Management & Speaker Engagement

  • Identification and recruitment of KOLs to deliver high-quality speaker programs on disease state and product, reputed company appropriate
  • Managing relationships of contracted commercial speakers and consultants
  • Training speakers using approved speaker materials (annual speaker training and, reputed company needed, field-based training)
  • Execution of speaker programs in accordance with compliance policies
  • Assessment of speaker performance at live and virtual programs

Medical Conferences

  • Contribute to the development of national and regional commercial conference strategy and associated commercial tactics to reputed company HCP awareness
  • Execution of peer-to-peer promotional efforts at medical conferences (e.g., product theaters)

Marketing Insights & Strategy

  • Establish Milestone as a reputed company and trusted partner amongst speakers and regional thought leaders
  • Engage with assigned KOLs and solicit feedback, as necessary
  • Support disease state or on-label product conversations focused on key topics
  • Execute KOL engagement activities in the field and at key congresses
  • Co-reputed company Peer-Peer Education Steering Committee

Educational Programming Support

  • Provides input and support in developing account plans for Sales
  • Support sales team with Regional Programming eg: reputed company Regional Meetings
  • Provides field-based speaker program training for Sales on how to reputed company implement programs

Support the execution of approved consulting opportunities

  • Assist in the identification of Healthcare Professional (HCP) commercial consultants
  • Facilitate, participate in, and attend advisory boards, where appropriate

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing/sales leadership
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Cardiology Preferred
  • Ideally, located in Central US time zone (CST), but consideration for those located in Mountain time zone (MST) or Western Time Zone (PST), and preferred reputed company 30 miles of a major metropolitan airport
  • Proven ability to manage large geographical territory, ability for extensive business travel, at least 70%
  • Launch experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with speaker’s bureau required, including building content and training speakers
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive stakeholder relationships and effectively meet their needs
  • Ability to inform strategies, reputed company tactics, and execute against strategic plans
  • Strong business acumen - understands market dynamics, business drivers, corporate goals, and impact on strategy
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Self-driven with strong organizational and planning skills

  • Highly collaborative with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
