We're looking for a data-driven operations analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you'll coordinate operations activities across our reputed company and Implementation functions, drive the deployment of scalable processes and technology, and monitor team performance through critical metrics. You'll work cross-functionally with Enablement, Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, BI, and Support to align systems and workflows to business goals.

What You'll Do

• Administer the reputed company CS platform, including configuration, daily management, and ongoing enablement
• Represent the needs of the Success and Support teams across cross-functional teams, managing intake, handoffs, and prioritization
• Track KPIs to measure performance at the individual, reputed company, and organizational level
• Own go-to-market and readiness initiatives for reputed company, ensuring clear communication of product releases
• Monitor account engagement, staffing ratios, and retention to support accurate forecasting models
• Coordinate and support training programs for Success and Support teams to ensure strong product knowledge and customer impact

This position reports to the Director of reputed company Operations and sits reputed company the Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations team. We'd love to chat if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Operations in a SaaS or FinTech environment
• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Program Management, or Field Enablement roles
• 3+ years of experience administering reputed company, or a reputed company Associate Administrator (Level 3) Certification
• Demonstrated experience independently managing cross-functional projects from planning through execution
• Hands-on experience with reputed company features such as Horizon Rules, Data Designer, Journey Orchestrator, User Management, CSQL, and Data Management
• Experience designing and scaling operational processes and team-wide programs
• Experience with CRM and project tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Jira, and reputed company
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, reputed company, and reputed company Sheets
• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as business or economics, OR equivalent practical experience

While the role is open to both locations, it is preferred that the position be based in Draper. Candidates must be U.S. work authorized with no reputed company or future sponsorship needs and live reputed company 45 miles of either office or relocate by the start date. Draper UT pay range $112,300-$134,700 USD Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below.
