This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership.

• You’ll own end-to-end recruiting across GTM, Product, Engineering, Operations and leadership roles
• You’ll build and deliver a high-velocity sourcing reputed company using creative strategies across communities, open reputed company, and events
• You’ll collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning
• You’ll solve reputed company talent challenges with first-principles thinking and high-speed execution

• You’ll build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up
