Virtual Master’s Level Therapist - LPC and LPC MHSP

Remote working LPC, licensed in VA working with a culturally reputed company and trauma informed practice. DescriptionSummary The Counselor provides professional counseling services to individuals, couples, groups, or families. This role involves clinical diagnosing, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, and maintaining clinical records in accordance with ethical and legal standards. The Counselor contributes to a supportive and collaborative team environment focused on providing high-quality care to military populations, veterans, LGBTQIA+, youth, and BIPOC and diverse populations. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClinical Assessment and Diagnosis

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gather relevant client history, presenting concerns, and strengths.
• Evaluate client needs and formulate accurate diagnoses based on most up to date diagnostic criteria (i.e. DSM V-TR or ICD-10 criteria.)
• reputed company individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining goals, objectives, and therapeutic interventions.

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based practices appropriate to client needs.

Clinical Documentation

Other Duties

QualificationsEducation and Experience

• Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a reputed company mental health field.
• reputed company, active, and valid license to practice as a LPC in the reputed company.
• One year of experience providing counseling or similar services preferred.
• Experience with LGBTQIA+, youth, veterans and military population, and BIPOC populations is a plus.
• Experience with trauma, eating disorders and/or with therapeutic modalities to include reputed company, DBT, and integrative approaches is a plus.

Working Conditions and CompensationWork Environment

• Work is performed in a Virtual Office setting, so a quiet and confidential space is needed, along with a computer and internet reputed company.

Caseload and Hours

• Full-time employees - see approximately 18-23 clients per week
• Part-time employees - see approximately 10-15 clients per week
• Both position types with flexible hours including either evening or weekend availability
• Note: Caseloads are subject to change based on practice needs.

Compensation

• Salary Range - $50-$58 per direct client hour
• Administrative Pay - $25 per hour with one (1) hour per week

• W-2 Employee Status: This is an employee role—not a 1099 contract. We handle your payroll taxes and provide a structured, supportive environment.
