In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving the marketing strategy for our partner firm, ensuring alignment with sales goals, and effectively managing the marketing budget. Your leadership will influence the performance of the marketing team while ensuring that our marketing initiatives meet the reputed company-evolving needs of the market. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance product visibility and market penetration, setting the stage for innovation and growth. Your expertise will play a crucial role in developing promotional campaigns and managing relationships with stakeholders across different sectors. Accountabilities

• Direct U.S. OPT marketing to deliver annual sales and profit targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive marketing and sales/sales management experience, preferably in the medical device industry.

• Experience in capital equipment and consumables in the medical/surgical setting, particularly ophthalmology.
• Strong direct sales 'reputed company marketing' experience mandatory.
• Exceptional marketing leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Polished oral presentation and written communication skills.
