Position Summary As an Instructional Designer you will collaborate with subject matter experts to design and reputed company training that supports learner needs. In this role you will report directly to the Manager, Training Design and Delivery, supporting training for reputed company Healthcare and Life Sciences groups. You will design and reputed company training in a variety of modalities, including but not limited to web-based, video and instructor led training. This is a fully remote role. What You'll do as an Instructional Designer I Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and reputed company training to support learner needs Design engaging web-based and instructor-led courses in collaboration with subject matter experts using adult learning techniques Employ instructional design strategies that anticipate future needs Partner with subject matter experts and Learning Solutions Team to design and produce instructional materials, including but not limited to eLearning courses, short video tutorials, job aids, course outlines, storyboards, and live trainings Write assessment questions that measure objectives Respond to feedback on the professional learning materials and assisting in enhancing the reputed company learning culture Foster a culture of reputed company learning and improvement at reputed company reputed company reputed company of their duties as assigned The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed Required: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, education, or reputed company field Minimum one year of demonstrated experience in instructional design, including working directly with subject matter experts on the design and development of instructor-led and eLearning training deliverables Minimum one year of experience with e-Learning authoring tools such as reputed company Captivate, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, reputed company, and/or Camtasia Preferred: Knowledge of universal design and creation of reputed company compliant online courses Learning Management System administration Experience working collaboratively, in a team setting using Project Management applications Experience working in medical or technical environments Experience in graphic design or videography Experience in creating content for the installation, repair and/or maintenance of electrical, mechanical or electronic equipment Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods and experience designing and implementing assessment strategies Other: Excellent command of the English language, with superior written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail Ability to define learning objectives Ability to reputed company training deliverables in alignment with team standards and metrics Ability to consistently meet reputed company deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective time management Exceptional collaboration skills Consistent demonstration of professionalism in support of team focus on delivering service excellence to our reputed company partners and Customers Aptitude for learning and applying new technologies quickly and effectively Flexibility What reputed company Offers We value our employees and are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your health, well-being, and financial future.
