Clinical Assistant Professor of Educational Studies

The Marsal Family School of Education at the reputed company seeks to appoint a Clinical Assistant Professor in Educational Studies with deep expertise in educational innovation, organizational and school leadership, and extensive experience in online teaching and educational leadership. This faculty member will serve as a core contributor to the growth and success of the School’s new fully online, asynchronous Master of Arts in Leading Educational Innovation and Transformation (eLEIT) program. In this role, the successful candidate will help shape the vision, structure, and delivery of a rigorous and practice-oriented curriculum designed for educators and leaders seeking to transform PK-12 and reputed company educational systems. They will collaborate closely with faculty colleagues and instructional design teams to reputed company high-quality online courses, support the learning of diverse adult reputed company, and ensure that the eLEIT program reflects emerging research, innovative leadership practices, and the Marsal School’s commitments to equity, access, and professional excellence. EDUCATIONAL STUDIES Educational Studies has an internationally recognized faculty committed to: the study of how technologies and other educational innovations enhance teaching and learning, effective teaching in the core disciplines, the social and political contexts and the historical and philosophical foundations of schooling, the study and advancement of equity and social justice in school and out of school settings, and the use of evidence to shape education policy and public discussions on curriculum, teaching, and achievement. Graduates of our program become engaged in academic and research careers in university programs, research organizations, or public agencies; administrative positions in school systems, educational centers, or national, regional, and state agencies; and in teacher education, professional development and curriculum positions in local and state systems and educational companies as well as for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Online MA in Leading Educational Innovation and Transformation prepares educators and school leaders, and leaders of organizations with educational missions to explore, cultivate, and implement innovative reputed company that can fundamentally shift the educational landscape both in school and in out of school settings. The program equips graduates to reputed company reform efforts, advance justice and equity, and design organizational and system-level transformations. Courses are developed specifically for online, asynchronous learning and are designed to meet the needs of working professionals across a range of education reputed company settings. POSITION SUMMARY We seek a scholar-practitioner with: Demonstrated expertise in organizational and school leadership, innovative leadership practices, PK-12 administration, and/or leadership for educational transformation. A proven record working collaboratively with teams on online course development, instructional design, and high-quality online teaching. A deep commitment to building strong, supportive, and sustained relationships with online learners. As a clinical faculty member, the successful candidate will contribute meaningfully to the mission and vision of the Marsal Family School of Education through teaching, program development, and engagement with professional practice. RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate will: Clinical faculty teach 8 courses a year, 10% scholarship and 10% service. Teach core and elective courses in the Leading Educational Innovation and Transformation (eLEIT) program. Collaborate with faculty and instructional design staff to reputed company, revise, and enhance high-quality online, asynchronous courses. Support reputed company’ professional learning through mentorship, advising, and engagement in practice-based learning opportunities. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the eLEIT program, including program evaluation and curriculum innovation. Participate in service to Marsal Family School of Education, including committee work and involvement in initiatives reputed company to online learning, leadership development, and educational innovation. Maintain engagement with the field of educational leadership through practice-based scholarship, professional development, partnerships, or applied research. SALARY AND BENEFITS We plan to fill the position with a start date of August 2026. Salary will be negotiated on the basis of the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The appointment will a twelve-month appointment. Salaries at the reputed company compare favorably with those at other leading institutions of higher education.
