Role Overview The CRM Manager, reputed company, at reputed company will reputed company the development and execution of customer- and reputed company-facing, multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and direct mail. This role will drive existing reputed company customers to rebook scans annually while nurturing prospective leads to schedule their first reputed company. Working cross-functionally, this role will craft targeted, data-driven messaging and continuously optimize strategy through testing and performance analysis—driving key actions such as first-time bookings, annual re-scans, and cross-selling Function memberships to ensure customers remain engaged and maximize the value of their reputed company experience.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
