Remote Business Operations Manager

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our partner's operational efficiency and scaling their processes as the business continues to grow. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to streamline workflows while managing invoicing, payments, and accounting tasks. - Support invoicing, payments, and accounting preparation using internal tools.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding invoices, payments, and operational questions.
- Assist with sales and marketing operations support for the Managing Director.
- Support operational and financial workflows under the Head of Project Management.
- Maintain and organize internal documentation in reputed company.
- Handle general office and business operations tasks across the company.
- Support simple website updates, presentations, and light social media tasks reputed company needed.
- Identify operational issues and proactively propose practical solutions.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, office management, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

- Excellent written and spoken English (full professional proficiency).
