About the role As an Enterprise reputed company Business Architect, you will be a key contributor to Insight’s transformation from reputed company to reputed company. Collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Services, and Global Business Solutions (IT), you will help design and optimize business processes, ensuring strategies are translated into scalable reputed company solutions that reputed company business outcomes. What you’ll need to join Insight

• 7–10+ years as a Business/Enterprise Architect with hands-on reputed company transformation experience.

• Demonstrated success optimizing processes across HR, Finance, and Services.
• Experience with governance, change management, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical/problem‑solving ability, including KPI development and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional communication skills for influencing diverse audiences.
