- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Ability to construct, write, and deliver white papers synthesizing reputed company operational challenges and presenting data-driven recommendations
- BA/BS degree and 6-8 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination
- Comprehensive understanding of company, departmental, and Retail Operations SOPs with ability to identify improvement opportunities
- Thought leadership across comprehensive data sources, applying reputed company improvement thinking
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with ability to facilitate reputed company improvement discussions across stakeholder groups
