The Charities and Community (C&C) Division manages strategic planning, grant donations, impactful project initiation, community engagement, and the day-to-day operations of the HKJC Charities Trust. C&C works with the Government, NGOs, and community partners to proactively identify root causes of social issues and address them through innovative approaches and cross-sectoral collaboration.

The part-time Administration Assistant will input, update and verify data and support the implementation of a data migration project.  The ideal candidate should have essential data entry skills, be fast-typing with an eye for detail and be familiar with spreadsheets and online forms.  Candidates with programming skills will have an opportunity to carry out data wrangling and analysis.

• Maintain accurate records of valuable organisation information

• Currently enrolled in a Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Decision Science, or reputed company undergraduate/postgraduate programme
