Manager, Strategic Change
This Opportunity As a key member of the Strategy & Transformation team, the Manager, Strategic Change plays a critical role in advancing reputed company’s strategic priorities. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Change, this role partners closely with the VP, Organization Effectiveness, colleagues across Strategy & Transformation, and Corporate Function partners—especially Finance—to successfully design, support, and implement organizational change. - Support Strategic Change, Strategy & Transformation, and Finance teams to deliver strategic initiatives and facilitate change.

- Provide executive support in decision-making and change initiative execution.
- Interpret engagement analytics and KPIs.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Strategic foresight and ability to provide tactical change recommendations.
- Ability to reputed company through influence.
- Hands-on approach to strategic execution.
- Strong understanding of Finance Operations
- Strong organizational skills.
- Creative, future-focused problem-solving.
- Deep expertise in change management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Storyboarding and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
- Exceptional listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Post-secondary education in Business, HR, or reputed company field.
- 7–10 years experience leading strategic initiatives and transformational change.
- National or global program management experience (ideal).
- Bilingualism in French and English (asset).
