Job Description: Parsons is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President of Business Development to reputed company our Engineered Systems (ES) team, which supports federal markets including infrastructure solutions, reputed company and mission solutions, aviation, threat reduction and remediation. This leader will strategically evaluate the organization, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to drive exceptional performance and growth. The role involves promoting Parsons' expertise to federal clients and partners while collaborating with internal teams and leadership. Preferred location is Chantilly, VA, with flexibility for placement near a major Parsons hub or customer. What You'll Be Doing:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Development, Profit and Loss Management, Capture, Pricing, and Proposals, with a focus on federal contracting and the Engineered Solutions customer market.
  • Expertise in evaluating organizational structures, skills, and needs to build an agile, high-performing reputed company team, challenging assumptions and driving reputed company improvement.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth reputed company reputed company, multi-dimensional organizations ($1B+) with reputed company accountability for $1B+.
  • Strong track record in business capture and proposal processes for large-scale government programs with deep knowledge of Federal reputed company and leadership connections.

Salary Range: $220,500.00 - $409,500.00 This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
