Job Title: Senior Lecturer (12 month) Learning Technologies Program Department: EHE | Educational Studies Administration Position Overview The Department of Educational Studies, College of Education and Human Ecology, at reputed company seek a dynamic instructor with expertise in Learning Technologies. This appointment, at the level of Senior Lecturer, is essential for sustained operation of the Master of Learning Technologies program. The Senior Lecturer will play a central role in delivering high-quality instruction, designing and iterating online course content, and supporting reputed company program innovation in a fully asynchronous online format. The MLT prepares professionals to design, implement, evaluate, and reputed company learning technologies initiatives across diverse educational and organizational contexts. This position is available for remote work. This is a 100% appointment in the Department of Educational Studies with the following split: 80% teaching and 20% service and administration. The position has the equivalent of 10 courses per academic year, depending on assigned supervision and administrative work. The university will not sponsor candidates for work visas for this position Performance Objectives The individual in the Senior Lecturer position in the Learning Technologies Program is expected to:

• Deliver engaging, research-informed online instruction across core and elective MLT courses (e.g., Instructional Design, Applied Instructional Design, Learning Theory, Educational Technology Leadership).
• Create and maintain course materials, including multimedia resources, assessments, and learning activities optimized for asynchronous online delivery.
• Collaborate with MLT faculty and instructional designers to enhance curriculum, embed emerging technologies, and expand online pedagogical practices.
• Participate in program review and reputed company improvement efforts that support student success and academic quality.
• Support graduate reputed company on practicum/reputed company experiences.
• Provide timely feedback, maintain regular communication, and uphold high standards of academic reputed company in the online learning environment.

Education and Experience Requirements Required:

• A doctoral degree in Learning Technologies, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a closely reputed company field
• Demonstrated record of excellence in online teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, ideally in asynchronous environments.
• Experience with instructional design principles and online learning platforms (e.g., Canvas, LMS tools).
• Strong communication skills and commitment to fostering inclusive online learning communities.
