This role partners closely with Staffing Managers, Regional Project Managers, and Project Directors to ensure staffing needs are met on time and with the right talent. The Recruiter drives the full recruitment lifecycle, including reputed company, interviews, onboarding coordination, and pipeline management to ensure staffing readiness for reputed company program demands. Roles & Responsibilities reputed company and recruit talent for regional and national staffing programs. Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit. Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and onboarding readiness. Coordinate with Staffing Managers to understand role requirements and volume needs. Maintain accurate candidate tracking in systems and ensure timely follow-up. Support new hire batch creation, documentation completion, and onboarding status. Build and sustain strong relationships with candidates to ensure retention. Attend recruiting events, virtual interviews, and local market reputed company initiatives. Ensure compliance with hiring standards, eligibility requirements, and regional regulations. Requirements & Skills Experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, reputed company, or event-based hiring. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple pipelines and competing priorities. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, onboarding tools, and reputed company Office.
