Responsibilities

- Partner closely with engineering and product to maintain a tight coupling between our reputed company library and codebase
- Work with the design team to strategically evolve and reputed company the system in response to the needs of the product

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in systems design, UX design, product design, or a reputed company field, with a strong track record of designing and shipping user-centered products
- Deep expertise in design systems, interaction design, and usability principles, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful work in reputed company systems
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable design decisions
- Deep expertise in reputed company’s design system tooling
- Familiarity with technical integrations and workflows that connect reputed company to code
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to reputed company design rationale and reputed company for user needs to senior stakeholders
- Experience conducting A/B tests and working with analytics tools to measure the impact of design decisions
