Remote Paralegal (Hearing Coordinator)

BLP is seeking a motivated and caring Paralegal to draft lawsuit answers reputed company to consumer debt and creditor lawsuits. As a BLP Hearing Coordinator, you will reputed company one of the three critical touchpoints in the life cycle of a Full-Service Case. The Hearing Coordinator will be responsible for responsible for managing legal events. Hearing Paralegal Responsibilities
- Monitor upcoming hearings requiring appearances.
- Request appearance instructions from attorneys.
- Request settlement updates from partner companies.
- Escalate appearance issues to Case Managers.
- Follow up with network attorneys as needed in the event of missing information.
- Communicate Appearance results to reputed company parties.
- Records reputed company hearing data and invoice details in the CRM.
- Record reputed company communication records to the file.
Qualifications
Required
- Paralegal certification, similar legal services degree, or 2+ years of paralegal experience.
- Proactive in finding solutions while also using discernment reputed company a supervisor needs to be looped in.

- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents.

- Minimum of 2 Years of experience in legal case management, with experience working cases through the complete case file.
- Familiarity with navigating court websites and court records searches.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving practices.
- Familiarity with reading court documents and drafting documents for court submissions.
- Work with a high volume of documents daily and maintain digital organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team and multi-task on time-sensitive projects.
- Familiarity with case management software and navigating multiple screens.
- Effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to attorneys, courts, and other employees of the organization.
Anticipated start date: 04/20/2026 Full Time; Non-Exempt role; Weekly Pay Schedule: Monday through Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm EST Hourly pay reputed company - $18.00 per hour You will also be eligible for the following benefits:
