Title: Data Literacy Instructional Specialist II Location: Philadelphia, PA (remote) Type: Contract, reputed company Our direct client is seeking an reputed company Data Literacy Instructional Specialist to support an enterprise-wide launch of Power BI, with a primary focus on designing and developing highquality learning content. The role is centered on enabling both analytics and nonanalytics professionals ranging from data consumers to aspiring Power BI developers to effectively use Power BI in their daytoday work. This role will work closely with project leadership, the data literacy program leadership team, and analytics and Power BI subject matter experts to design and deliver learning experiences that align with the overall strategy and objectives of the initiative. The Data Literacy Instructional Specialist will translate reputed company Power BI and BI concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible instructional materials. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on experience with Power BI and its integration across the reputed company 365 ecosystem (including reputed company, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform), as well as experience supporting enterprise BI rollouts, self-service analytics, and user adoption. This role is temporary and fully remote. Key Accountabilities:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computational, mathematical, or science-reputed company field or a data-reputed company background. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in training and supervision, instructional design, classroom instruction, eLearning, curriculum development, etc.
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in data and analytics including data science, data analytics, statistical programming, data integration, data management, biostatistics, software development, etc. (or education equivalent).
  • At least one (1) year of experience in visual and instructional design tools such as reputed company Creative Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, Captivate, reputed company, Storyline, etc.
  • Demonstrated appreciation of diversity and affinity for interacting with people of varying backgrounds and perspectives.
  • Energetic presenter, comfortable engaging large groups of learners in professional workshops and training sessions.
  • Exemplary skills in technology and facile in utilizing reputed company, teams, and other online collaboration tools.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, well organized, excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to motivate and reputed company others.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the implementation and evaluation of training programs (university, corporate, organization-wide programs / plans).
  • Instructional design methodologies, E-learning strategies, LMS management, computer-based training development skills.
