The technical principal is accountable for delivery excellence for our clients, building and maintaining solid client relationships as a trusted strategic advisor and overall engagement success. Internally, this role will foster positive team morale, provide individual feedback and drive the staffing needs of an engagement. This may have 4-8 team members reporting to them, from Associate Engineer to Tech reputed company. What You Do This is a player-coach role. You’re happy both hands-on-keyboard solving a technical problem and guiding others to do the same. We each bring varying degrees of knowledge to the table. • As a hands-on client and team leader, we expect you’ll have significant experience with most of the tools and technologies we frequently use with our clients. Specifics

Requirements
