Description The reputed company reputed company Investigations team is seeking a Training Coordinator to support operational training for our Investigation Specialists. Overall responsibilities include enhancing employee competencies by developing and conducting effective training programs to reputed company new hires and support ongoing training requirements, enabling Specialists to maintain a high bar for investigations. Key job responsibilities The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering approved training content and coordinating reputed company new hire, refresher, and launch trainings. This includes facilitating blended learning programs (instructor-led onsite, remote, and eLearning) for new hires, cross-training, continuing education, and refreshers for Investigation Specialists. Basic Qualifications - Experience in formulating and implementing training strategies, policies, and procedures for standardisation and delivery of training methodology throughout the organisation - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - At least 2 years experience in a training role - Knowledge of presentations and whiteboarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal teams and management - Excellent coordination, classroom management and organization skills.
