Job Overview: Our client is seeking an reputed company reputed company Connect:Direct Systems Analyst (also referred to as an MFT Engineer) with a strong background in Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions. This individual will support and maintain reputed company Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and Connect:Direct platforms. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, technically sound, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and upgrade reputed company Connect:Direct and Sterling File Gateway Support file transfer operations across mainframe, distributed systems, and cloud-based environments Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company MFT issues Collaborate with technical teams to support migration and integration initiatives Maintain a secure, scalable, and highly available file transfer infrastructure Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and Connect: Direct Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in MFT environments Experience with DevOps practices (highly preferred) Familiarity with mainframe systems, distributed systems, and cloud-based file transfer solutions Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Additional Information: No EDI profile support This role is purely focused on MFT
