About the Role: We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Manager, Growth Marketing to accelerate reputed company’s new user acquisition across creators, shoppers, and brands. This role is focused on driving awareness, sign-reputed company, and engagement across our three customer cohorts working closely with Marketing, Design, Product and other cross-functional teams to scale our community. You’ll reputed company experimentation across new acquisition channels, design and run tests, analyze performance, and turn insights into actionable strategies that expand and activate our user reputed company. Your Impact to the Role:

• Own testing initiatives across new user acquisition channels.
• Analyze performance data to help identify growth opportunities and improve acquisition, activation, and retention metrics.
• Conduct competitive research and stay up to date on trends reputed company the creator economy.
• Manage internal dashboards and reporting tools to track growth marketing KPIs, recommending where we are seeing success and where optimizations need to be made.

• 4-6 years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a B2C tech, marketplace, or creator-focused company
• A data driven reputed company with a rigorous test-and-learn mentality and experience digesting data into actionable strategies.
• Confident analyzing data, pulling reports, and using insights to drive decisions
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics including paid social, referral programs, and email/lifecycle
• Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills.
• Interest in the creator economy and what drives influencer behavior and platform loyalty
